Levitz Sofa, Entertainment & Dining Set - Good Condition & GREAT Deal! for Sale at just $200 (Henderson / Las Vegas)

GREAT DEAL ON SECTIONAL SOFA, ENTERTAINMENT CENTER & 6-SEAT DINING ROOM SET!! NEED TO GET RID OF... SELLING FOR $200 A PIECE OR $500 FOR ALL 3!!

The three items I am selling were all purchased from Sam Levitz Furtniture in 2006. Each piece ranged in price from about $1,200 - $1400 a piece but I am only selling them for $200 a piece. They are all in very good condition - give or take a few scratches / nicks from moving them. The reason I am selling them is because I am moving out of the state to a smaller place. I don't have room for my furniture and do not want to pay for the monthly storage out of state. It would be great to empty out my storage by this weekend.

If you are interested in purchasing all three items, I'm only asking for $500.

Please Note!!:

- The sofa is missing a leg which is not noticeable to the eye or when resting on it. I had to place a small block underneath. Sofa is very similar to picture shown except tan in color.
- The dining room table I am selling has a glass table top instead of the fabric as shown in the photo but is the exact same model. Chair fabric is identical.
- Entertainment center is nearly the exact same model
