-Wooden Futon
Comfortable futon, easy to convert from seated to sleeping position. Very sturdy, frame is solid wood. Light maple wood finish. Fabric is ugly (unless you're into 80's fabric designs) but you could easily cover it... I did and then it looked great! 2 matching pillows included. Fabric, pillow and mattress are clean, have been covered and well cared for. Dimensions: 56" wide and 76" long(when extended)
-White Ikea Sofa
Comfortable. Being a white sofa, there are a few areas where the fabric is slightly discolored, but this can easily be cleaned with a hand-held steam cleaner. I had the couch covered and that looked great too. Dimensions: 71" wide, 35" deep and 26" high.
-Half moon end table, light maple wood finish, perfect for an entrance area.
-White Wardrobe cabinet, 2 shelves, hardware for a hanging rod and 2 drawers below. Can also be used as a china cabinet or for many other storage uses. In great shape and ready to provide lots of storage.
-Wood veneer bookshelf.
-White bookshelf with storage cabinets below.
-Wooden table that has fold up leaves on both sides. Increases in size by 5 times when leaves are up and folds down to save on space. Very Sturdy. Good for a desk, work table or dining table in small space. One leaf can be put up at a time.
-Black metal floor lamp with green glass on shade.
-"Space-saver" mountable microwave. White.
-Black wooden computer desk with storage cabinets and drawers.
-Cherry-finish wood veneer 5 drawer clothes dresser.
-Assorted white shelving units for closets (can be sold in groups or pairs for a discount).
