This Mobile Home is in a 55+ adult community called Sandpiper Mobile Home Park, located in sunny Leesburg, Florida. To get to the Sandpiper Mobile Home Park you must pass by endless orange groves that seem ready for harvest with their bending branches.
We have a covered marina, and a fishing dock on beautiful Lake Yale. This two bedroom one bath unit has a 12'X14' Florida room and a car port. The new kitchen has a new stove and a side by side refrigerator with an ice maker, new oak kitchen cabinets, new tile and new counter top. The Florida room is very quiet and peaceful. There are three ceiling fans, linens, dishes,microwave and just about everything else you will need to enjoy your stay. A patio table and chairs with a barbecue grill is waiting for your enjoyment also.
Amenities include: bingo, craft afternoons, dances, shuffleboard, holiday dinners, coffee hours, poker, pot-luck dinners, romeo club, pancake breakfasts, ice cream socials, yard sales, spaghetti dinners, pie sale, picnic by the lake, and an Easter dinner. And we are only 55 miles from Daytona Speed Way, 60 miles from Tampa, 45 miles from Orlando. We are right in the middle of everything. Our park is in the quiet country side but only ten minutes from major shopping centers.
Sandpiper Park is right on Lake Yale and the fishing is wonderful. Fishing species: Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Shellcracker. If you have a boat you can bring it. But there is an additional fee for the marina. Lake County contains 167 square miles of water surface area with hundreds of fishable lakes.
Don't worry about the electric, water or sewer bill when you are here. Your heat and A/C will be paid by us. You don't even need to mow the lawn because I have a lawn service that will take care of that for you. The TV gets about 12 local channels.
Remember dogs and cats are welcomed but cannot be more than [20] pounds.
Sandpiper is a place of serenity, relaxation and sunshine. All in all, a very nice getway for the winter months.
