a great deal and a great set up. basically your own place with a private entrance off of the garage which opens onto the bedroom with a bathroom and then a living room too. the unit connects to the main part of the house through the kitchen, which is shared with me. we each have our own full size fridge. there's a washer and dryer, an awesome yard with fruit trees, fire pit, dartboard, gardening space, etc. also, there is a large living room in the main part of the house that can be shared for get togethers and such. otherwise, you pretty much have your own space. the bedroom is pretty newly carpeted, and the rest is wood floors. it's an older style house that is super clean and comfy. we get a nice breeze and the neighborhood is super quiet and safe. half of the carport and garage are yours. plus, we have a shed for storing your bike/boards/whateverz....
about me: 30 yr old single girl. i am self employed and work at home. you may not see me much sometimes. i work a lot, travel when i'm not working, and am pretty quiet and mellow. i enjoy having friends over for a bbq once in a while. the house is a great place to cruise at and have friends over too. we are about 1/3 mile from the ocean in lower aina haina. it is the only house on the lot.
i'm looking for: one person only. you must be employed, no cigarette smokers, no pets, no couples, no kids. please have good references. the lease term is month to month, but i am looking for someone long term.
available sept 1. rent is 950 + half of utilities, which are h2o, electric, cable, yard service. all combined it's about $125 per month. you would need to provide your own interenet, or you can usually pick up the neighbors wireless for free.
