Description: Hi, I have a room in a HUGE East Village apartment that will be available August 1st. My current roomate is moving out.
About the place: - 4 bedroom, 4th floor walk-up on Saint Marks Place, corner of 3rd Ave - Great area, close to stores, bars, restaurants, and transit. - (6 at Astor Place, R at 8th street, L at 3rd ave, F at 2nd ave) - Washer/dryer in the building.
About the room: Size: 14 x 18 with good natural light...a huge space, especially for this area. We would only be sharing a kitchen and bathroom.
Who I'm looking for: - Male or female - Straight, gay, or anywhere in between - Easy-going - Can pay rent & bills on time About me: - Dave, 26 - Work in public relations, frequently from home - Laid-back, afraid of sock puppets - Travel pretty often.
The other 2 roomates are pretty laid-back and nice as well. Looking for someone to sign the lease for 1 year, starting August 1st. Utilities are shared, 37 for gas, 30 for internet/cable, electricity is split depending on the bill.
What you need to move in: - 1st month's rent, security ($2,200) - The landlord checks for good credit, ($150 fee), so probably that too.
