seven bedrooms (4 singles, 3 doubles and a meditation room), laundry room, movie theatre, library lounge, one big kitchen, two bathrooms, attached garage (2 car), detached garage (3 car), 2700 square foot dairy barn, milk house, machine shed, 3 smaller multipurpose outbuildings

each 2 person room is currently being rented for $300/month and each 1 person room for $200/month. utilities hover around $75/month (varies w/the seasons)
