The master bedroom has a private, full bathroom and sliding-glass doors that also lead to the back deck. There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, a front balcony overlooking the naturally landscaped front yard, and a large lower deck in the backyard.
The Redwood is within walking distance to the Russian River via community access; the new Guerneville River Park; Johnson’s Beach; downtown Guerneville; a public park with tennis courts, basketball hoops, and children’s playground; and pee-wee golf. It is a short drive to many Russian River Valley wineries, Armstrong Woods, and the Sonoma Coast.
Cable TV; DVD, VCR, and CD players with an extensive collection of titles, board games, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet; and propane BBQ grill make it easy to entertainment and to stay in touch.
