Personnel plus Employment Agency, opened its doors in Anchorage in June of 1989 and has since grown from a company of 300 to 500 employees during peak season. Our Fairbanks branch opened its doors in April of 2001 to give us the ability to reach a wider placement area. Personnel Plus offers executive search, permanent placement, temporary to permanent placement, and employee leasing, all ranging from entry level to senior management.

Cindy Schebler's goals and dreams of managing, a very personal service offered to clients and applicants alike has became a reality as the acting president and CEO of the company.
