Ruth’s Catering

Ruth Dale began her catering business in 1981 out of the tiny kitchen of her home in Sun Valley. Today she caters small, intimate events as well as large affairs for more than 1,000 people. She employs a full-time chef and hires up to 35 servers for any one event.

Dale can create anything from a simple pasta bar to an elaborate wedding reception. Perfection is Dale’s middle name and it is reflected in all that she does: from the table settings to the artistic displays of her delicious hot and cold dishes. If you want it catered, Dale will develop a menu to please any crowd, whether it’s a baby shower or a holiday feast. What makes Ruth’s Catering unique is that she is dedicated to pleasing her clients and will develop a menu for almost any ethnic culinary delight.
