At Elaine’s Fashions, we strive to offer personal service, which sometimes seems obsolete in our ever-changing society. Our sales associates consist of Bettye Rodgers, Sylvia Edwards, JoAnn Friudenberg, Sue Roundtree, Brittney Ward and owner Nancy Rosatti. Our staffs are experienced stylists, who offer a personal shopping experience for each and every client, providing fashions, from new up and coming designers form New York to California. We can give you a new look or create outfits with your current wardrobe. This personal attention has allowed us to build a great reputation and relationships with all of our loyal clients.

What is the smartest thing you have done for your business?

Teaming up with local charities, schools, auxiliary groups and other originations by inviting our clients to host fashion parties on order to raise money for their cause in addition, making the time to attend shows all over the country, allowing me be to bring the most current and unique fashion to Hampton Roads.

For the past six years, we've been "scaring up' the best costumes for the entire family with sizes ranging from infants to adults. Since we are open year round, we not only have the best costumes for Halloween, but we also have costumes for any themed party that you can imagine, including Fourth of July, Christmas, March Gras and anything in between.
